Appearance:
Black apart from the tips of the legs being a pale white colour. No visible nodes

Habitat
Mainly nest outdoors under lose or no vegetative matter or bark litter. Sometimes found nesting indoors, especially in cooler climates.
They enter houses through small cracks to forage for food and water. The trails are observed easily due to the large populations present and the very distinct trail they form travelling between the foodsouce and the nest.
Attracted to most food sources but have a preference for sweet foods.
